摘要中国环境生态问题逐日突出，清洁能源的兴起与普及已是必然趋势，而我国的风险投资行业不断壮大，成熟，二者之间存在共同发展、相互促进的关系。本文首先概述了研究对象的内涵，研究了风险投资的运作方式，结合清洁能源行业特点分析了风险投资对行业发展的正面和负面效应。然后选取21家清洁能源企业2011年至2015年的季度数据为样本，运用SPASS22。0和EVIEWS6。0进行因子分析和面板数据回归分析，发现风险投资对行业企业的作用决定于风投力度，企业所属板块等综合因素。83148

Title Research on the Influence of Venture Investment on the Development of Clean Energy Company
Abstract With the issue of environment protecting being heated, the clean energy industry is sure to continuously develop and flourish。 Meanwhile, the venture investment in China keeps growing and maturing。 There’s no doubt that these two industries could corporate to share joint development and promotion。 This article firstly states the connotation definition of research objects, illustrates the modes of operation in venture investment industry and analyze the pros and cons of the venture investment taking features of clean energy industry into consideration。 Secondly collects related data of 21 companies every quarter from 2011 to 2015 to set up factorial analysis model and panel data model with the use of SPASS 22。0 and EVIEWS 6。0。 It is found that the influence degree depends on the amount of venture investment, as well as the segments that the companies belong to。

1。1 研究背景及意义
在全球资源能源日益紧缺，经济高速发展的当下，越来越多的眼光开始投降绿色能源，清洁能源在世界能源格局中所占比重不断上升，同时也吸引了大量资本的投入。很多国家对清洁能源委以重任，相继出台各种扶持政策催化清洁能源行业的发展。经历了10年左右的发展，我国清洁能源已经取得了长足进步，国内发达地区的清洁能源行业达到了一定规模。在经历了一段时间的发展瓶颈之后，政府提出大力发展可再生能源与推动能源和消费生产，伴随着《环境保护法》等一系列行业相关政策法规的颁布，标志着清洁能源行业开始了各种劳动、资本和技术的高速发展。2016年为“十三五”的开局之年，在创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享五大发展理念指导下，清洁能源自身的行业结构也在发生转变。未来十年，中国的能源消费将达到最高点，因此清洁能源行业将持续加速发展，充满光明。文献综述 风险投资在清洁能源产业公司发展中作用分析:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_97850.html
