摘要随着越来越多的大学生大学毕业选择出国留学，而出国留学的一些相关材料便显得尤为重要，其中英文格式的成绩单和毕业证学位证作为重中之重，成为了必不可少的部分。为了排除出国留学的毕业生的后顾之忧，方便大学毕业生能够快速地得到其英文格式的成绩单和毕业证学位证，免去四处奔走花费精力去专业的翻译机构翻译，所以开发一个能够快速生成英文格式的成绩单和毕业证学位证的系统势在必行。30027
中译英系统是用java语言编写而成，在eclipse集成开发环境下开发，使用access数据库，以一个友好式界面为基础，提供使用者输入个人中文成绩单和毕业证学位证有关信息，和实现了对后台中英文课程名以及相关信息的文护，最后实现在excel和word上生成指定的英文格式的成绩单和毕业证学位证以供使用者打印得到。

Abstract
As more and more students choose to study abroad college graduation, and study abroad in some of the relevant material will be particularly important, where transcripts and diploma degree certificate in English format as the most important, has become an essential part . To exclude graduates abroad worries facilitate graduates to quickly get transcripts and diploma degree certificate the English format, replacing everywhere spend energy to a professional translation agency translation, so developers can quickly generate an English format transcripts and diploma degree certificate system is imperative.
Chinese to English system is written in java language, developed under the eclipse integrated development environment, the use of access database to a friendly style interface based on user input to provide inpidual Chinese transcripts and diploma degree certificate information, and achieve English courses for names and background information related to the maintenance and finally realize transcripts and diploma degree certificate generated specified on excel and word English formats for users to print to get.
