摘要：软件是推动科技进步的重要工具，企业在信息化时代需要高速发展，必须提高企业自身的软件系统，尤其是软件企业。企业人力资源管理系统的开发是企业内部办公系统的重要信息化系统之一，它涉及企业运作的方方面面，小到日常行政管理，大到人才的分配调整，使信息能够及时化处理，提高了工作效率，将企业的资源得到最优的配置。本套人力资源管理系统运用现代化的管理模式，通过有针对性研究结果，建立了一套适合软件企业自身的人力资源管理系统，主要的功能包括：人事管理、考勤管理、调动管理等模块。本设计采用Visual Basic 前台编程，该编程语言具有可视化、面向对象等优势，数据库采用Access数据库，优点为存储方式简单，易于管理，界面友好利于操作，支持广泛，有利于扩展等。31400

Design and development of employees classified management system
Abstract：Software is an important tool to promote scientific and technological progress, companies need rapid development in the information age, we must improve their own software systems, especially software companies. Development of human resource management system is one of the important internal office systems information system, which involves all aspects of business operations, the daily administration of small to large distribution adjustment of personnel, so that information can be timely treatment, improve work efficiency, enterprise resource optimal configuration. This set of human resource management system using modern management model, through targeted research, the establishment of a software company for its own human resource management system, the main features include: personnel management, attendance management, mobility management module. This design uses Visual Basic foreground programming, the programming language has a visual, object-oriented and other advantages, the database uses Access database, the advantages of storage is simple, easy to manage, user-friendly operation is conducive to support a wide range of beneficial expansion.
