摘要：把公司合同管理系统作为研究课题的意义的在于：现有的手工录入及处理合同的流程太过于不便和复杂，为了简化这一过程而开发一款经济的办公室软件。公司合同管理相关的流程从销售开始经历，鉴定，审核，结算等等流程，与销售，客户关系，项目计划与实施，人事，财务，物资等等企业ERP模块都有关联，合理地协调这几个方面的关系是设计完成该课题的重中之重。最基本的要求是要达到各部门之间信息能够保持一致并且能够及时地相互传达和沟通，通常影响到公司运行效率和收益的关键因素也在于是否能做到协同员工的作业效率。合同相关数据平台通过信息化的手断来搭建，控制和整合了操作合同过程中，对合同的生命周期的管理，同时协调了各个部门之间的信息交互的过程。不仅仅是提高了企业运行和管理的合理性、效率性，同时提高了客户的满意度，缩短了企业收款获得收益的周期性。34262
软件环境方面，它采用C#语言作为创建应用程序的方式，采用SQL Server 数据库作为后台数据库。比起JAVA等语言可能不是特别方便，但是这是适合我现在能力水平的开发方式。它是基于B/S结构下形成的windows应用程序。实现了人员信息、部门管理、合同管理、审批合同、合同查询、审批记录等功能。
