摘要： 当今社会的生活压力在逐渐增大，人们的生活节奏也越来越快。衣食住行都发生着颠覆性的改变。其中饮食尤其影像到了一个人的健康生活水平。每餐不知道吃什么，食物中有多少能量，多少是超标，一周下来自已的饮食习惯是怎样的，这些都是人们在饮食过程中面临的主要问题。34259
个人饮食系统，旨在记录用户的每一餐的饮食信息，通过简单的选择食物和录入数量和用餐时间，长久下来对个人的饮食进行分析，让用户剖析自己，知道哪些东西吃多了导致身材的臃肿等等。合理饮食，提高自身生活水平。
本系统基于Java开发，采用SSH技术，应用MVC思想，将各层分离，数据库采用当前火热的开源数据库Mysql，界面采用EasyUI技术，在解决问题的同时对大学期间所学习的知识也进行了一次巩固。

The diet especially image to one's health. Personal diet system, every meal diet in order to record the user's information, through a number of simple choice food and entry and meal time, come down for a long time on a person's diet analysis, allowing users to analyze yourself, know what to eat to the bloated body. A reasonable diet, improve their living standards.
The system is based on Java development, using SSH technology, the application of MVC, the layer separation, the database using the current hot open source database Mysql interface using EasyUI technology, the study on the University at the same time solve the problem of knowledge is also a consolidation.
