摘 要：随着医疗卫生体制的改革，以及我国的对外开放政策，医疗市场的竞争也变得越来越激烈。在现今竞争如此激烈的医疗市场中，医院若要求得自己的一席之地，博得出彩，就必须满足各种各样类型的顾客需求，满足他们的需求的前提条件则是要提升自身的医疗服务质量。所以，展开对医疗服务顾客满意度的调研，最大化满足医院顾客的需求，提高顾客来源就诊的次数，已成为当今医院的迫切需要。本文从顾客满意度的定义出发，回首了医疗服务和消费者这两者的相关定义及特点，然后针对我国国内三级甲等综合性医院医疗服务过程中，医院顾客对医院服务满意度的调查以及对其结果的分析，以此为基础开发了一套有关患者可以登录自己的信息系统从而能够查询到病史，药品费用等详细信息的系统。35033

Hospital customer satisfaction strategy and its support system planning and design services
Abstract: With the reform of the medical and health system, as well as the opening policy of our country, the competition of medical market becomes more and more fierce. In today's fiercely competitive medical market, if hospitals want to own a place, won a prize, you must meet the needs of various types of customers, to meet the prerequisite for their needs is to improve the medical service quality. Thus, carrying out the research about the satisfaction of the patients’ medical service, improving their satisfaction, striving for patients to go to their hospital for more time is becoming hospitals’ imperious needs. The article, according to the concept of customer satisfaction, considering the related concept and characteristic of medical service and customer, conduct a study about the satisfaction of patients between domestic Class III Grade Hospital. And the article aims to develop a detailed system of information which patients could inquire their case of illness, medicines and so on after they logining their own system.
