摘要:近几年来，随着我国信息化进程的发展，计算机和信息技术的发明和应用，数据库技术已成为信息社会中对大量数据进行组织和管理的重要技术手段及软件技术，是网络信息化管理系统的基础。对数据进行科学化的管理，能够极大的提高工作人员的办事效率，也使企业的管理更加正规化。而库存管理信息系统是一种典型的信息管理系统（MIS），其开发主要包括数据库的建立、文护和前端的应用程序的开发两个方面的内容。库存管理作为计算机应用的一部分。使用计算机对仓库进行管理,具有手工管理所无法比拟的优点。例如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高商场货物管理的效率,也是科学化、正规化管理的重要条件。35093
本文设计的小五金商店经营库存一体化管理系统，是用于管理商店物品信息的库存管理软件。主要分为系统管理、物品管理、物品信息查询及退出系统四个模块,完成商店的物品信息管理、出入库信息管理、物品查询和统计及用户管理等功能。
    本系统采用Access数据库进行开发设计，使用者可通过相应的模块，对小五金商店库存物品基本信息进行查询、更新、统计，对物品的进货、销货信息管理和查询。

Abstract:In recent years, with the development of information process, invention and application of computer and information technology, database technology has become the information society to organize and manage large amounts of data important technique and software technology, it is the foundation of network information management system.To carry on the scientific management of the data, it can greatly increase the efficiency of the staff, also make enterprise management more regularized. And inventory management information system is a typical information management system (MIS), its development mainly includes the database establishment, maintenance, and front-end application development two aspects of content. Inventory management is a part of computer application. The use of computer warehouse management, with manual management incomparable advantages.Such as: the rapid retrieval, search convenient, high reliability, large memory capacity, security and good, long life, low cost. These advantages can greatly improve the efficiency of cargo management mall, also scientific, standardized management of important conditions.
The design of the hardware store management inventory integration management system development, is used to manage the shop supplies information development of inventory management software.Mainly for materials inside the store system, material management, material management information query and exit system of four modules, complete store goods loading and unloading information management, information management, query and statistic and user management, and other functions.
    This system uses the Access database development and design, the user can through the corresponding module, the hardware store inventory supplies basic information query, update, statistics, replenish one's stock on materials, sales information management and query.
