在消费者数量不断增加的推动下，健身俱乐部这个行业也犹如雨后春笋般涌现，而传统的管理模式显然已经不能适用于现代健身机构的发展流行趋势。因此出于更好地对客户进行系统地管理和提供良好优质的服务，提高员工的工作效率，以及降低管理成本等多方面因素的考虑，我觉得有必要通过现代化的科技手段，来建立设计出一个完善的客户自动化信息管理系统。
通过自动化的客户管理方法，我们能够有效地提高健身俱乐部档次，方便客户服务，扩大业务规模，为客户提供专业的健身服务，实施专业化、科学化的管理。整个系统服务于管理员、俱乐部会员两种不同的用户。操作简便、界面美观、灵活实用，设计开发出会员管理、项目管理、场地管理、员工管理和健身活动管理等功能，基本满足了俱乐部实际的需要。为客户提供专业的健身服务，实施专业化、科学化的管理，基本满足了俱乐部实际的需要。

As the life pressure increased, people's physical quality and own immunity also began to gradually decline, creating a lot of sub-health problem. In order to improve their health, fitness club are more and more popular between the white-collar workers and people from all walks of life to enjoy during their spare times in the last two years.
Under the impetus of the increasing number of consumers, the fitness club industry also spring up, and the traditional management pattern has clearly not suitable for the development of modern fitness agencies trends. So, i think it is necessary to establish and design a perfect automated customer management information system through modern means of science and technology for better management of customers and to provide better quality service, improve the staff's working efficiency, and reduce the management cost and other aspects of the factors considered.
By the automatic customer management method, we can effectively improve the grade of the fitness club, provide convenient customer service, expand the scale of business, for customers and to provide professional fitness services, for through professional and scientific management. The whole system includes two different users: club members and administrators. Easy operation, beautiful interface, and flexibility to use,are all the factors considered during the process of developing the member management system. We should design member management, project management, site management, staff management and fitness activities, and other functions to, basically meet the needs of the actual club. To provide clients with professional fitness services and, implementation of professional, scientific management, basically meets the needs of the actual club.
