摘 要：网上招聘越来越受到人们的关注，通过网上招聘，企业可以随时发布和查看信息，个人可以实时查看最新招聘动态，摆脱了传统招聘方式对于时间和地域的限制。本文针对传统招聘方式的不足，设计了一个网上招聘信息系统。该系统基于VS 2008平台搭建，Sql Sever 2008作为后台数据库。该系统设计根据使用者角色分为四个大模块：用户模块，应聘者模块，企业模块，管理员模块。通过系统测试，该系统能够有效提高企业招聘效率，为企业和求职者提供了一个非常良好的信息沟通平台。38678

Abstract：In the development of the Internet era, online job more and more get the attention of people, because it can never leave home can resume, more important is to view the latest information for job seekers, enterprise can release recruitment information on the Internet and view the resume. Recruitment and job search on the net not restricted by time and place. Relative to the crowded, packed job fairs, online recruitment not only can apply for job information, free, also can be anywhere in the management of information, its convenience but also got the favour of job seekers and recruiters. The design of this system is pided into four main functions: the user register, login function; Inpidual service function; The enterprise service function and administrator management function. Build this system mainly in the database table, and then appeared in VS2008. Through the system coordination between, can effectively improve the work efficiency and management level. For the majority of job seekers across the country and all kinds of unit of choose and employ persons job search and recruitment information platform.

引言
在这个科技发达的时代，我们也应该与时俱进。以前人们为了搜集信息可真是四处奔波，但是现在人们对于搜集信息很是方便，连家门都不用出，在家里就可以搜集到你想要的信息。之前人们找工作都需要奔走于招聘市场，还要填写许多份简历，找工作就好比是“大海捞针”。而现在只要通过网络就可以找寻自己满意的工作。
网上招聘具有信息量大，资源多，更新快等特点。网上招聘实现了跨区域无障碍交流，招聘者与应聘者因此能节约很多精力。网上招聘的出现使得求职招聘不再像传统方式那样繁琐。网上招聘更适合现代人的需求，对求职者和招聘者来说都是最好的选择。对于招聘的企业来说在网上进行招聘可以更快的将招聘意向向外界传达出去，实现更快的招聘到合适工作人员以保证企业良好的运转；同时网上招聘相对于传统招聘需要人员更少效率更高。对于应聘者来说，网上招聘使招聘信息更新及时、信息筛选方便、而且地域限制更少。所以进行这方面的研究有着重要的现实意义。从效率性和经济性以及实用性来考虑，网上招聘都将是人们最好的选择。通过对网上招聘信息系统的设计和开发，使该系统的主要功能都得以实现。在系统开发的过程中我学到了很多有关系统开发的知识以及可能出现的问题和解决办法，同时也对SQL Server数据库、Visual Studio以及ASP.NET的熟悉使用，对以后的学习和工作都将有着很大益处。 asp.net+sqlserver网上招聘信息系统的设计:http://www.youerw.com/jisuanji/lunwen_37706.html
