摘 要：21世纪是一个信息高速发展的社会，随着信息技术的发展，人们的日常生活也越来越离不开信息技术。作为贴近人们实际生活的物业管理系统也逐渐得到了人们的关注。本系统是基于B/S体系结构建立的，主要使用了Web的相关技术，开发工具是Myeclipse。本系统使用的数据库是Mysql，服务器则采用了SQL server 2000，通过JDBC与数据库进行连接，通过使用SQL语句来完成增、删、改、查等一系列操作。40168
本系统主要分成三大模块：管理员、已注册用户和普通用户。第一模块，管理员可以对小区物业的基本信息进行管理、对于用户基本信息的管理、仪表数据的统计、各种收费的统计等操作；第二模块，已经在网站注册过的用户可以登录自己的账号进入系统，可以查看小区资讯、在业主模块添加留言以及在会员中心进行修改登录密码等操作；第三模块，普通用户因为没有登录的权限，所以需要先在网站进行注册，在完成注册之后即可登录到系统中，同时拥有已注册用户的所有权限。

Design and Implementation of Property Management System
Abstract: The 21st century is the society with a rapid development of the information.With the development of information technology, more and more people rely on the information technology in our daily life.Due to this,people pay more attention to the property management system.This system is based on the B/S architecture.And I use the Web technology,with the development tool Myeclipse.The system uses the Mysql database, the server uses the SQL Server 2000, with the database through JDBC connection. Through the use of the SQL statement ,the system can complete a series of add, delete, update and select operations.
This system is mainly pided into three modules:administrator,registered users and ordinary users.First module,after the completion of registration,administrator can log into the system.At the same time,administrator have all the privileges of registered users and administrator can manage many things,such as the basic information of residential property,the user's basic information,meter data statistics and all kinds of charge statistics.Second module,the registered users can use the account and log into the system.The registered users can view the community information,add a message,change user’s password in the system.Third module,ordinary users firstly register on the site,if not,ordinary users can’t log into the system.When ordinary users finish the registration,ordinary users then have the operations as the registered users have.
