摘要本研究致力于为某研究所的公共信息管理和公共资料管理提出切实有效的解决方案，公共信息管理要求用户能够发布、删除、编辑可供特定用户组查看的公共信息，并且可以自定义公共信息类别。而公共资料需要在此基础上增加分类树形结构图，两者都需要有完善的上传下载功能。本研究最终采用J2EE架构，以Oracle数据库作为数据储存处理中介，采用Struts2.0，Mybatis，Spring构建整个系统，设计着重关注公共信息资料在发布管理过程中，对其信息的安全性，时效性，针对性要求提出一套优良的解决方案，并给出优良的用户交互界面。包括信息保存，修改，发布。使得原本难于分层次控制的信息管理，变得高效，简便。8966

TITLE The Release Of Public Information And The
