摘  要：  进入21世纪以后，现代化发展的步伐加快，在城市化的进程中居民住房成为不可忽视的重要组成部分。信息化的逐步覆盖暗示着传统售楼方式向网络化的售楼方式的变革，售楼管理的方式也将由纸面管理转化为智能管理。随着信息技术的成熟稳定和编程技术的发展，用于房地产行业管理人员和销售人员更方便快捷管理楼盘及相关信息的程序系统应时而生。售楼管理系统包含前端开发、可视化界面操作和后台数据库建立以及访问，对楼盘、顾客及员工进行有效的管理。售楼管理系统能提供方便快捷的查询，修改等功能，可以有效的提高企业工作效率。50593
本系统采用先进的MFC框架，采用面向对象的分析设计方法配合SQL Server数据库和Windows7操作系统来实现程序。其操作界面简洁精炼，为房地产企业管理人员和销售人员提供了高效率的办公工具，实现了售楼管理的现代化。降低了企业运营成本，提升了企业竞争力，促进了企业的可持续发展。
