摘要在工程测量的内外业过程中，有大量的计算、记录和检核工作，尤其是在外业测量中， 如何准确、快速、方便地进行野外数据采集和处理一直是测绘工作者考虑的问题。现代测绘工程不仅外业采集的数据量大, 而且计算工作量也较大。目前, PDA 上开发的工程测量应用程序还不是太多 ,主要是因为工程测量要求的灵活性、各个单位的作业模式及其执行的规范标准不同等因素造成 , 很难推出一套比较通用的工程测量数据采集内外业计算于一体的应用软件。本次我们研制开发的工程 测量应用软件是结合本单位的生产实际情况, 符合作业规范及方便外业作业。41476

Design of the basic calculation software package
Abstract
In engineering measurement of inside and outside the industry, in the process, a large amount of calculation, recording and checking work, especially in industry measurement, how accurate, rapid and convenient were field data acquisition and processing has been surveying and mapping workers to consider problems.
Modern surveying and mapping project is not only a large amount of data collection, but also a large amount of calculation workload. At present, the PDA development of engineering measurement applications is not too much, mainly because of the requirements of engineering measurement flexibility, each unit operation mode and its implementation of standards of different factors, resulting in very difficult to launch a general engineering survey data collected both inside and outside the industry to calculate the various application software. Our research and development of the engineering measurement application software is combined with the production of the actual situation of the unit, in accordance with the operating specifications and facilitate the operation of the industry.

本软件主要是用于工程测量的外业中, 所以考虑到外业工作环境的复杂性, 将尽可能地减少外业的工作量 ,并力求使操作形象化、简单化, 从而减少出错的可能[1]。
1.1.2目前国内测量软件开发的现状
1.2研究的基本内容与拟解决的主要问题
软件包外业部分主要实现数据的采集, 获得野外地物的特征数据 ; 内业部分主要对外业的实测数据进行加工处理 ,最终形成计算、图形结果并输出。将内外业所有的问题综合起来考虑 ,实现内外业一体化 ,即从外到内作业的全自动化 、数据流程和数据管理的合理化 、实际作业的效益化。
2 软件包的功能与程序代码
2.1软件包的具体功能
为减少外业的工作量 ,并力求使操作形象化、简单化, 从而减少错误的出现，此次设计的软件包有以下功能:
1、对附合导线实测数据的文件导入以及平差结果的文件输出
2、对2C与指标差、两测回水平角、垂直角平均值的计算与显示
