摘要：通过对当前用户饮食现状的研究，发现很多问题，我们都知道现在对于饮食人们不单单是以填报肚子为目的，人们更加追求营养价值，虽然是这样，但是大部分的人们对自己摄取的营养毫无把握。本文归纳了.Net技术和SQL技术相结合的个人饮食管理系统，研究了当前个人饮食的现状和发展趋势，并讨论了对应的开发工具的特性。再次基础上对个人饮食管理系统进行了进一步的讨论和研究。本设计尝试用VS2012和SQL Server2012在网络上架构一个个人饮食管理系统，以使每一位用户足不出户，在家里就能够通过网络来管理自己的饮食。举例来说，正在减肥的用户不用再担心摄取的脂肪是否过量，而对于健身爱好者来说本系统将蛋白质的摄取量一目了然的告诉你。41762
