摘要： 为了适应物业公司信息管理和小区物业的业务管理的需求，满足小区居民对居住环境和服务的需求，改善物业公司的经营效益，抢占物业行业市场份额，本课题设计了基于网络的物业公司信息系统。41769
基于网络的物业公司信息系统就是管理小区和物业公司，主要管理模块包括楼栋管理，意见管理，车位管理，住户管理，员工管理，设备管理，收费管理等，它实现了物业公司信息化、正规化和自动化管理。本系统选取了微软的C#语言和Microsoft Visual Studio软件，运用了B/S（浏览器/服务器）模式，在.NET平台上建立了三层结构。本系统的系统管理员在登录系统时可以对楼栋信息、员工信息以及住户信息进行增删，查询，修改，还拥有修改自己的帐号密码等功能。物业公司员工登录子系统的时候，可以对车位信息、设备信息、收费信息、意见信息进行增删以及修改。本文设计的物业公司管理系统对构成一个高效、方便的应用体系以协调物业员工、小区住户、系统管理员三者之间的关系有积极的意义。同时物业公司为了提高竞争力与世界接轨，公司管理正规化、信息化管理是重要条件。
