摘要： 当今社会，企业间竞争越来越激烈，而且随着竞争趋势的改变，现代企业的竞争在很大程度上是人才的竞争，由于人力资源是所有资源中最宝贵的资源，企业的所有活动都要靠人去完成。那么如何能够充分利用好这种最宝贵的资源？就需要制定一种能够一种符合实际、可衡量的和明白无误的员工业绩管理制度，恰当的员工业绩管理制度能将员工的工作活动和组织目标联系起来，将企业员工个人绩效整合到企业的整体绩效中来，在企业能形成上下统一的局面，无疑是实现企业发展战略目标，提高企业竞争力的重要手段，反之，则会造成非常严重的后果。在实际的企业工作中，如何建立有效的员工业绩管理制度，利用员工业绩管理制度推动企业的发展是我国企业目前普遍几代解决的问题。42088
