摘要在最新的物业行业发展报告数据显示：在沿海城市、大城市的一些物业公司在物业管理中，运用现代技术以及互联网思维搭建自动控制和集中管理的服务平台，实现了规模化、节约化的经营模式。成为当前物业管理企业竞争制胜的关键筹码，也成为物业服务行业必不可少的工作平台。46049
本物业管理系统的设计采用ASP.NET技术，编程语言采用C#语言，选择B/S模式（网页版）。开发运行工具使用SQL Server 2008数据库和 Visual Studio 2013开发平台。物业管理系统可以科学合理地整合小区各类信息，提升物业服务水平。本文所实现的物业管理系统要实现的模块功能主要分为两大模块：住户功能和物业管理员功能。住户功能主要包括基本信息、物业收费、报修服务和投诉服务。物业管理员功能主要包括小区园区、楼盘、设备、收费、停车、用户和系统的管理。运行结果表明，该系统可以正常运行，满足物业管理的基本需求。

ABSTRACT
In the latest development in the property industry report data show: in coastal cities, big cities some property companies in the property management, using modern technology and Internet thinking to build the operating mode of automatic control and centralized management of the service platform, to achieve the scale, saving. Becomes the current property management enterprise competition to win the key chips, but also become an indispensable property services industry platform.
The property management system design using ASP.NET technology, programming language using C# language, select the B/S model (WEB version). Development and operation tool using Server SQL 2008 database and Studio Visual 2013 development platform. Property management system can scientifically and reasonably integrate all kinds of information, enhance the level of property services. In this paper, the realization of the property management system to achieve the function of the module is pided into two main modules: household functions and property management functions. Household functions include basic information, property fees, repair services and service complaints. Property management functions mainly include residential areas, real estate, equipment, fees, parking, user and system management. Operation results show that the system can run normally, meet the basic needs of property management.
