摘要互联网发展到今天已经渗入到了我们生活中的各个领域，互联网教学的兴起正成为 当前教学形式的流行方式。国家教育部也审时度势，提出了《教育部关于国家精品开放 课程建设的实施意见》，目的就是实现高质量的优秀教学资源传播和共享，提高各高等 学府的教育教学质量和人才培养质量，响应建设学习型社会的号召。为响应教育部的相 关精神，最近几年各大高校相继总共上线了上千门互联网课程学习平台，很好地服务了 广大学生并且缓解了我国目前教育资源不平衡的问题。83363

为解决目前国内部分高校的教学情况和之前部分信息课程学习网站的网络课程、网 络课件、网络教材的混淆，课程体系大但不全面，只重视如何完成教学任务，忽视学习 环境创建等一系列问题，本文应用 ASP。NET 技术和 Microsoft SQL Server 数据库等相关技 术，设计并实现了一个后台管理简单，前端页面友好的“信息安全技术”互动交流平台。

首先，本文先根据国内外信息课程网站的情况和开发本平台所需要的技术进行分 析，并以此为基础进行总体设计；然后在此基础上，在 ASP。NET 开发平台上使用 C#语言 和 Microsoft SQL Server 数据库等技术进行开发，完成了前台和后台各个功能模块的详细 设计与实现；最后对平台进行一系列的测试，以便完善和优化系统功能。

本平台经过上线测试，验证了系统的有效性。可以有效的帮助学生学习信息安全技 术相关课程，同时也为高校的教育教学带来了极大的便利，推动教学方式的多样化转变。
