摘要如今PC构件生产线已成为建筑行业非常重要的一个部分，预制混凝土板可以在生产线上加工生产，当混凝土脱离模具后会在模具上留有许多混凝土残渣，以前的清理方法是采用人工打扫，消耗了不必要的人力，效率与安全系数较低，不适用于大型PC构件生产线。所以为了满足整条生产线机械化的要求，必须要又有一台自动化的模台清扫装置。84382
本文所介绍的包含特殊辊刷，升降机构，刮板，吸尘机构的PC构件生产线模具自动清扫装置可以解决上述问题，当运动模台通过时，刮板下降到模台表面，刮除表面的混凝土块，被刮下的混凝土块由集料槽收集，由输送带运走，同时辊刷下降到模台表面，清除小颗粒的混凝土粉屑，吸尘器工作吸走粉尘。此次主要是设计该清扫装置的机械结构，通过相关的二维与三维软件完成整体结构的建模。

Abstract Nowadays The PC production line is very important in the construction industry。 The precast concreat slab can be processing on the production line。 There have many concrete debris stay on the mold after the concrete from the mold。 In the past, cleaning method is to use artificial cleaning, consumes unnecessary manpower, efficiency and safety coefficient is low, it’s not apply to production line 。
Containing special roller are introducted in this paper , the lifting mechanism, scraper, dust collection agencies PC component production line automatic mold cleaning device can solve the above problems, when under the mold from cleaning machine by scraper and roller by lifting gear down to the surface of the table clean , dust collection agencies began to run at the same time, drain cleaning process of the dust。The main is to design the mechanical structure of the cleaning device,through the relevent two-dimensional software and three-dimensional software to complete the overall structure of the model。
