摘要参照 395 型柴油机的相关技术参数,对小型三缸柴油机的连杆螺栓进行结构、尺寸 设计。应用 Pro/E 建立连杆组分析模型和连杆螺栓三维实体模型并分别对其进行校核计 算。
首先运用运动学和动力学的知识,对连杆进行理论分析,并得到准确的结果,同 时对连杆所用材料进行比较分析。然后,分别对连杆大小头、杆身和连杆螺栓进行结构 设计和尺寸计算,其中还包括润滑方式、定位方式的选择。根据设计计算的内容,应用 Pro/E 软件建立连杆组分析模型和连杆螺栓三维实体模型。参照设计手册逐步对连杆小 头、杆身和连杆的大头进行可靠性计算,还包括螺栓预紧力和强度的计算。将模型导入 ANSYS 中对其进行定义属性、网格划分、施加约束和载荷,并加载计算完成对连杆的有 限元分析。最后通过对比分析表明两种方法的计算结果基本上是相同的。84552

Abstract Referring to the technical parameters of the 395 type diesel engine, the structure and size design of the connecting rod group of a small three cylinder diesel engine was carried out。Using Pro/E to establish the linkage group analysis model and the connecting rod bolt 3D solid model and check calculation。
First of all, using the knowledge of kinematics and dynamics, the connecting rod is analyzed theoretically, and the accurate result is obtained, and the material used for the connecting rod is compared and analyzed。Then do structural design and size calculation on the connecting rod big head, body and connecting rod bolts, which also includes lubricating way, way of positioning。According to the content of the design calculation, the Pro/E software is used to establish the linkage analysis model and the 3D solid model of the connecting rod bolt。Reference design manual gradually to the small head of the connecting rod and connecting rod and the bulk of reliability calculation, also includes the calculation of bolt pre tightening force and the strength。The model is introduced into ANSYS to define the properties, mesh pision, constraint and load, and the finite element analysis of the connecting rod is completed。Finally, the results of the comparison show that the calculation results of the two methods are basically the same。
