摘要中国作为四大文明古国之一，对世界有着深远的历史和经济影响。从古代开始我国就和西方世界进行经济贸易，丝绸便是举足轻重的经济作物之一。随着世界经济的飞快增长，各行各业都得到了良好的发展，丝绸行业也不例外。如今国内的丝蚕养殖行业得到迅猛发展。过去传统的工作方法已经赶不上经济发展的势头，这就需要我们尽快的产业升级。桑蚕行业其中重要的一环——桑叶清洗技术急需提高。从田间采摘回来的桑叶，会有泥土、沙尘、残留农药和其它各种污染物，直接给小蚕食用，对其生长发育极为不利，因此，要对桑叶进行清洗处理。传统的人工洗涤不仅浪费人力物力，而且工作效率相当的低下。为了提高生产劳动效率，桑叶清洗机的设计应用迫在眉睫，所以我选择了这个课题。85040

桑叶清洗机的设计主要是对桑叶进行浸泡，为粘附于桑叶表面上的污物进行初步清洗，并对较难分离的杂质进行浸泡,使泥沙尘土在水中得到充分的浸泡，让泥沙变得松软有利于后面进一步的冲洗和洗刷。论文中主要设计桑叶清洗机的传送装置，浸泡装置，压紧装置，喷洒装置，回收装置。桑叶经由传送带进入到浸泡箱中得到充分浸泡，洗去表面的尘土和农药。再由弧形轮将桑叶从浸泡液中捞取出送上传送带，通过胶辊装置压紧再喷淋得到充分的洗涤，最后会受到入料箱中。

从桑叶的实际情况出发，我查阅了大量的资料，了解市面上已有的清洗设备，设计出桑叶清洗机，包括送料装置、浸泡箱、桑叶压紧装置及清洗台。论文一开始介绍了桑叶清洗机研制的背景和目的-蚕桑养殖业迅猛发展，桑叶清洗设备国内外的研究现状以及桑叶清洗的科学技术方法和未来桑叶清洗机的研究方向。接下来介绍市面上已经有的清洗机设备种类，从结构、能源、驱动方式和清洗方法来进行方案的对比与选择。吸取每个方案中的优点并加以取舍，进而得到一个最优最适合的方案。在桑叶清洗机的设计中，桑叶清洗机要根据实际出发，从动力装置，空间结构，清洗方式等等之中进行对比设计，设计出一台高效节能的桑叶清洗设备。

Abstract China which is one of the four ancient civilizations has far-reaching historical and economic impact to the world。Since ancient times our country has been in business with the western world, silk is one of the most important economic commodity。With the fast growth of the world economy, businesses have been a good development, the silk industry is no exception。Today domestic silkworm breeding industry has been developing rapidly。 The conventional method of work can not keep up the momentum of economic development, which we need as soon as the industrial upgrading。 Silkworm industry i which is the important part of mulberry cleaning technology need to improve urgently。Mulberry leaves picking back from the field, there will be dirty with dust, pesticide residues and other various pollutants。If it was feeded to silkworm larvae directly,it’s bad for the growth of silkworm,therefore to carry out cleaning treatment of mulberry leaves is imminent。 Traditional manual washing is not only a waste of manpower and resources, but also the efficiency quite low。 In order to improve the efficiency of production and labor, the design application of mulberry leaves cleaning machine is around the corner, so I chose this topic。
