摘 要 现代造船工程的特点包括以下方面：生产作业范围广、工作量大、参与工种多、各个部件设备安装复杂、从设计到生产周期长等特点。因此，我们大有有必要一个完美的系统，来对整体进行规划。
生产设计最主要的目标是让设计文件更加切合生产实际，制定出最合理、高效的生产计划，同时其也是船舶设计的重要组成部分。一个良好的生产设计，可以有效地降低生产难度，有效地避免了重复劳动的浪费，也变相的缩短了所需的工期，大大降低了生产成本，便由此可以产生可观的利润。95135
本文首先介绍了整个船舶制造行业的背景，其中包括了国内玩研究现状。然后介绍了散货船的特点，结合现代造船模式介绍了船舶建造工艺，结合船厂实际的施工要领，生产过程中的精度控制等。以该散货船的405P/S分段为代表实例，对分段的建造过程和建造工艺进行分析。运用CAD软件绘制该分段的分段结构图、拼版图、吊马图以及零件明细表。
