摘要:柴油机内部的曲柄连杆机构往复运动时产生的惯性力和惯性力矩是引起柴油机振动的重要因素。虚拟样机技术就是一类能够极好地解析产品本身所具的特点性能以及化解与此有着极为紧密联系的各式各样的难点,处理在固有的设计与构架进程中所出现的各种弊端的新型高端技术。

本文以6L20型柴油机运动件为对象,进行热力学、运动学和动力学计算,绘制出理论曲线图。之后利用Pro/E软件建立6L20型柴油机的三维模型。通过MECH/Pro接口模块将所建立的模型导入到ADAMS软件中,进行了运动学和动力学仿真分析,得到活塞、连杆和曲轴等主要运动部件的运动规律和受力情况,并与理论计算所得数值进行比对,得出仿真结果与理论计算结果基本一致,验证了模型的准确性,为曲柄连杆机构的进一步优化设计提供依据。

Abstract:Inertia force and moment of inertia which is produced by the crank connecting rod mechanism in the diesel engine are important reasons of the diesel engine vibration. Virtual prototype technology is a kind of high technology which can wonderfully resolve the characteristics of the product itself and solve many kinds of difficulties which are very closely related to those characteristics. Also, it can deal with the drawbacks of the inherent design and architecture process.

This paper focused on the moving parts of the type 6L20 diesel engine and the calculations of thermodynamics, kinematics and dynamics were carried out. And draw the theoretical graph. Then, a 3D-model of the type 6L20 diesel engine was established by Pro/E software. The model was imported into ADAMS software using the MECH/Pro interface module to conduct kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis. When the motion patterns and force of the main moving parts were gotten, such as piston, connecting rod and crankshaft. Then the result was compared with the theoretical calculation. And it was concluded that the simulation result was basically the same as the theoretical calculation. The accuracy of the model was verified. It provided the basis for further optimizing design of crank linkage.
