摘要:本文首先介绍喷油螺杆空气压缩机的工作特点与原理,指出余热回收在空压机上运用的理论性,叙述了空气压缩机余热利用的方法以及设备组成。然后,对空气站各个组成部分的可利用热量进行计算分析,在理论上计算出空压站的理论可利用热量的比例,分析出影响可回收热量的因素,如排气温度,喷油温度及润滑油循环量等。

考虑到空压站的型号,应用环境,本文设计了板式换热器来加热自来水,用于员工的生活用水,并通过计算热量与压降校核换热器的设计合理性;设计了空气冷却器,利用高温润滑油加热空气,加热的空气使得转轮除湿机的吸附剂再生。根据设备的参数选择离心风机,水泵,水箱,阀门等等,形成完整的运行系统

最后,本文通过计算可回收热量,以及投资成本,指出余热回收系统设计的经济性和环保性。

Abstract:This paper first introduces the working characteristics and principle of the fuel injection screw air compressor, points out the theoretical use of the waste heat recovery in the air compressor, describes the air compressor waste heat utilization method and the equipment composition. Then, the available heat of each component of the air station is calculated and analyzed, and the theoretical calculation of the amount of heat available in the air compressor station is used to analyze the factors that affect the recoverable heat, such as exhaust temperature, fuel injection temperature and fuel injection and so on.

Taking into account the type of air compressor station, the environment of the application, this paper designed a plate heat exchanger to heat tap water, for the staff of domestic water, and by calculating the heat and pressure drop to check the design rationality of the heat exchanger; Designed air cooler and use high temperature lubricating oil to heat the air, the heated air makes the adsorber of the rotor dehumidifier regenerate.According to the parameters of the equipment selected centrifugal fans, pumps, water tanks, valves, etc., to form a complete operating system.

Finally, this paper calculates the recoverable heat and the investment cost, and points out the economic and environmental protection of waste heat recovery system design.
