摘要:压路机是一种重型工程机械,在工程机械中属于道路设备的范畴,广泛用于高等级公路、铁路、机场跑道、大坝、体育场等大型工程项目的填方压实作业,然而振动压路机是一种较普通压路机更为高效的压实机械。本文以YZC10压路机这一产品为设计背景,参考该机的主要设计参数,对整机的整体传动方案、主要性能参数、振动轮的设计计算以及整机控制系统的测试等内容进行分析讨论。
本文概述了双钢轮振动压路机的国内外发展现状以及国内双钢轮振动压路机生产制造存在的问题,从总体设计(设计参数)、双钢轮振动压路机的工作装置(振动轮)、液压系统和电气控制系统四个方面对双钢轮振动压路机进行设计。本文设计的侧重点是双钢轮振动压路机的振动轮、整个机器的液压传动系统和电气控制系统。先确定振动轮的工作原理,对激振器、振动轴等进行结构上的分析计算,并对整个双钢轮振动压路机进行三维建模,对双钢轮振动压路机的在不同工况下(上坡、平面、下坡)作业阻力计算,通过整体受力分析,对机构进行强度校核以保证机器的安全。除了双钢轮振动压路机的机构方面的设计,本文还结合液压传动系统使得双钢轮振动压路机得以实现其主要功能,并在工作装置这一模块采用了PLC控制,使得整个机器在工作的时候更加完整。

This paper summarizes the current situation of domestic and international development of double drum vibratory roller and the problems existing in the domestic double drum vibratory roller manufacturing.
