电动玩具汽车底板设计及注塑模具设计[关键词]:注塑成型、模具设计、塑料、玩具汽车底板 [摘 要]:随着人们生活水平的日益提高,对塑料制品的品种和功能要求也越来越多,这就使塑料工业快速发展,成为世界上增长最快的工业门类之一。塑料制品的制备方法也多种多样,其中注塑成型比较常用也是应用最广泛,其主要用于热塑性塑料的成型,可以一次性成型较为复杂的塑料制品。注塑成型的发展给模具行业带来了前所未有的发展机遇。由于CAD技术的使用越来越广泛,且技术含量越来越高,设计和制造模具的时间也逐渐减少,这对于提高模具的质量以及降低制造复杂模具的成本具有很大的意义。39612
在这次设计中,以玩具汽车底板作为设计模型,利用proe软件对其三文造型,另外对其工艺分析,确定采用一模两腔的模具结构,设计过程中,确定了注塑机的型号,并且确定浇注系统以及冷却系统的位置。此次设计模具结束后,利用计算机软件对此模具绘出装配图以及各部分零件图。

Abstract: As people's living standards are improving,whose requirements for the variety and function of plastic products are also increasing , which enables the rapid development of the plastics industry . Plastics industry has become one of the world's fastest-growing industrial sectors . Preparation is also a variety of plastic products . Injection molding is the most common of which is the most widely used method , which is mainly used thermoplastic molding . It can be molded more complex plastic products disposablly . Injection molding promote the development of the mold industry . Due to the development and application of CAD technology is more widespread and indepth , mold design and manufacturing cycle is shortened , which improves the quality of molds and manufacture of complex mold manufacturing capacity .
In this design , the toy car backplane is the model of design . Proe software is used for its three-dimensional modeling , then determine using a two-cavity mold die structure . In the design , we determine the type of injection molding machine , and the gating system and cooling system . After completion of the mold design , Using computer software to design mold assembly drawing and part drawing .
