摘要随着科技的不断发展和人们生活水平的提升，自动售货机开始出现在许多中大型城市的很多公共场合，人们的即时性需求得到极大的方便，同时也为人们购买一些简单物品提供了一种便利。传统的自动售饮料机基本上都是采用单片机来控制，其系统硬件设计复杂，不仅抗干扰能力差，开发成本还高，并且系统的稳定性难以得到保证，维护困难。46034
本文的设计是基于西门子PLC饮料自动售货机的售货系统，阐述了自动售货机的发展背景与未来前景，分析了饮料自动售货机的功能及其特点，提出了总体方案设计，并采取曲柄连杆机构作为出货装置。本文采用西门子系列PLC为主控控制器，程序设计方法采用顺序控制的方式，设计了系统控制程序，其中包括了计币系统、比较系统、选择系统、饮料供给系统、退币系统。本文的程序部分采用梯形图来编写。

ABSTRACT
Along with the development of science and technology and the improvement of living standards, many public places in many large cities in the automatic drink machines, the real-time demand of people, of great convenience for people to purchase provides a convenient simple items. Traditional automatic drink machines by single chip microcomputer to control, system hardware design complexity, poor anti-interference ability, high cost, and difficult to guarantee the stability of the system maintenance is difficult.
The design of this article is based on Siemens PLC automatic drink machines vending system, expounds the development background of automatic drink machines and outlook, a detailed analysis of the functions and characteristics of automatic drink machines, puts forward the overall design. This article choose Siemens series PLC as the master controller, using the sequence control program design methods, design the system control program, including currency system, comparison system, selection system, beverage supply system and work system. In this paper, the part of the ladder diagram is used to write program.

1.1自动售货机发展概况
19世纪80年代初，第一个商用投币式自动售货机在英国伦敦进行了介绍，并配发明信片。英国出版商和书店老板，理查德•卡莱尔发明了一种自动售货机销售图书，大约在同一时间。1888年，托马斯•亚当斯口香糖公司推出的第一个自动售货机美国。机器被安装在纽约市地铁高架平台和销售的合奏，Fruit口香糖。1897年，普尔菲制造公司加入动画人物到胶机作为一个额外的吸引力。那时候在美国的乘客们只需要用1 美分就可以地铁系统中的自动售货机上买到一块正在出售的口香糖。自十九世纪八十年代以来，在美国、日本等发达国家，自动售货机就已作为一种新型的零售方式，得到了迅速的发展和广泛的普及，其中在大型机场、客运车站、轮渡码头、加油站、写字楼、高档娱乐场所等地被广泛地布放使用自动售货机，而在大街小巷和公路旁也都有投放使用。 PLC自动售货机售货系统设计+CAD图纸:http://www.youerw.com/jixie/lunwen_47678.html
