摘要焊接变位机是用来拖动待焊工件,使其待焊焊缝运动至理想位置进行施焊作业的设备。在我国,焊接变位机也已悄然成为制造业的一种不可缺少的设备。近十年来,这一产品在我国工程机械行业,有了较大的发展,获得了广泛的应用。就型式系列和品种规格而言,已问世的,约有十余个系列,百余品种规格,正在形成一个小行业。47439

本文首先介绍了焊接变位机的相关知识,然后阐述了0.5t液压伸臂式焊接变位机床的设计,重点是回转机构和液压系统的设计,回转结构采用液压马达驱动减速器带动工作台回转,利用液压缸实现工作台的倾斜和俯仰,为了便于加工装配,液压缸、液压马达等都采用标准件。整个机床的控制系统采用机床电气控制。

本设计的特点是重量轻、结构紧凑、运动平稳,控制方便。

Abstract     Welding Positioner is an equipment of dragging workpieces that is prepared to welding ,so that their weld joint can move to an ideal position to welding.In china,Welding Positioner has become an obbigato machine in manufacturing industry sorrowfully.In the last ten years, Welding Positioner has developed quickly in our engineering machinery industry and it has been used broadly. Just type series and variety specification in consideration,about more than ten series, more than specifications have come out,forming a small industry.

    This text introduced the related knowledge of displacement welding machine firstly, then it expounded the design of the 0.5 t hydraulic arms outstretched type welding machine . The keypoint of design is swing mechanism and hydraulic system , and swing mechanism used the hydraulic motor to drive reducer ,so that workbench can turn around.We also use  the hydraulic cylinder to realize the tilt and pitch of workbench. In order to facilitate the processing and assembling, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor, etc use standard parts. The whole machine control system adopts electrical control of machinery tools. 

This design is the characteristics of light weight, compact structure, smooth movement and control convenient.
