摘要:设计的工件是连接支架。从工件结构分析,工件有冲孔、落料、弯曲、压筋4种组成,工件形状成对称的结构。根据工件图给定的技术要求、材料等要求来确定模具的冲压设计方案、模具类型、结构,从工件的的精度等级确定模具制造精度等级,选取模具零件的制造设备,贴切实际生产的角度出发,保证工件冲压生产精度,最后选取该工件的冲裁模具设计方案采用了级进模具冲裁。模具设计前主要根据相关的公差测量资料,查找工件图纸中未标注公差的极限偏差,根据尺寸公差来确定模具制造的精度,经过多次的排样分析以后,开始进行模具的结构设计,并进行相关设计计算;所有的设计方案确定以后开始绘制模具草图、装配图、零件图、编写技术要求、设计说明书。48315
