摘要随着社会的发展,国民经济收入的不断增长,建筑行业也得到了快速稳步发展。因此,对具有防火、隔热功能的防火板的需求也与日俱增,从而也促进了防火板机械的发展。防火板输送辊架应用于其自动化生产线上具有输送方便、运转轻快、效率高、操作安全、维修容易、运费低廉和输送量大、输送连续等优点。49630
Solidworks三维机械设计软件从机器的概念设计到零部件具体设计为机械设计提供了全面而更富个性化的设计手段,三维模型不仅为机件、机构仿真分析提供几何数据,而且可以生成二维工程图,简单修改后便能符合国标要求,交付加工制造。
本文以Solidworks软件为工具设计出输送辊架钢结构及皮带输送机构,辊架钢结构使用SolidWorks钣金和焊接功能,通过绘制防火板输送辊架的三维草图以及型钢的截面草图模板而快速建模并以此为基础规划托辊和驱动辊、链传动及张紧装置结合机械设计规范、传动计算和力学分析,完善相应构件的具体设计和优化。

Abstract With the development of society, the national economy income grows rapidly, construction industry also obtained fast steady development. Therefore, the demand of fire prevention board was growing more and more, and also promoted the development of fire prevention board machinery. Fire prevention board conveyor is used in the automatic production line with transportation convenience, running fast, high efficiency, safety operation and easy to maintain and cheap and large amount of freight to transport, conveying continuous and so on.
Using Solidworks 3D mechanical software can design a machine from concept design to parts detail design. That provides more comprehensive and rich personalized design methods. The 3D model of parts can used for the simulation analysis as geometric paramaters, and also can generates two-dimensional engineering drawings, after simple modification it meets the national standards very well, and can deliver to manufacture.
With the addin tools of welding designed for Solidworks the steel structure of conveyor frame and belt conveyor institutions, roller frame structure are designed quickly, using the method of 3D sketch and the draft section steel template to produce fire prevention board conveyor frame. Then belt drive roller ,support roller and chain can be planned to combine with the frame. Main parts and total machine can be optimized through comprehentional calculation and mechanics analysis.
