摘要精密扁钢精整装备是用于锅炉膜式水冷壁制造的关键设备之一,用于对扁钢原材料进行尺寸精整、矫平、矫直,使之尺寸和形状达到焊前要求。随着国民经济高速发展和科学技术飞速进步,扁钢的应用领域也越来越为广阔,因此设计扁钢精整装置在提升生产效率、提高扁钢精整精度和焊接质量方面显得尤为重要。50667
本文以扁钢精整装备中的轧辊臂为研究对象,首先对扁钢精整背景资料进行了调查与研究,然后对扁钢精整的工作原理进行了分析,在此基础上用SolidWorks建立了轧辊臂的三维模型。其次在计算机软件ANSYS中导入轧辊臂,采用适当的加载与约束条件,对其进行网格划分与静力学分析,从而直观的看出轧辊臂的受力变形与最大应力值,来判定其工作是否安全。
本文揭示了轧辊臂在高轧件轧制时受力、变形的情况,为扁钢精整装备的设计与改善提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract Precision flat finishing equipment is one of the key equipment for boiler water-wall manufacturing. For flat raw material size finishes, leveling, straightening, size and shape so as to meet the welding requirements.With the rapid progress of the rapid development of the national economy and science and technology, application field of flat steel is more and more widely, so the design of finishing device is particularly important in improving production efficiency, improve the flat finishing precision and welding quality.
Roller arm based on finishing equipment as the research object, first to the finishing of background data of the investigation and research, and then the working principle of the whole steel precision are analyzed, on the basis of SolidWorks to build the 3D model of roll arm. Secondly, in the computer software ANSYS to import the roller arm, the loading and the proper constraint conditions, analysis of the mesh and statics, which intuitively obvious roll arm force deformation and maximum stress value, to determine whether the work safety.
This paper reveals the roller arm force, high rolling deformation situation, provide certain theoretical basis for the design and improvement of finishing equipment.
