摘要系泊锚链是远洋运输和海洋试验平台不可或缺的定位装置,由于锚链形状比较特殊,且拉力机现场工作环境较差,因此一般的测量方法很难满足要求且效率不高。目前,国内锚链/系泊链生产厂家在拉力试验过程中进行五环长度测量大都使用超长游标卡尺由人工进行测量,这不仅测量结果精度低,而且费时、费力,还很不安全。为了提高测量精度,减轻工人劳动强度,提高工作效率,研究锚链五环长度的自动在线测量方法与装置。50788

本文设计了锚链五环长测量平台,锚链五环长测量平台是一种锚链及系泊链五环长的测量方法及其测量装置。本文首先就平台进行了详细的设计,设计了锚链夹紧装置,锚链拉紧装置以及锚链测量小车,还有放置锚链的平台。然后对测量系统进行了运动仿真。最后对测量平台的关键性零件进行了有限元分析。

Abstract  Mooring ocean transportation and marine anchor chain is an essential test platform positioning device, the shape of the chain is rather special, and the Rally site work environment is poor, it is generally difficult to meet the requirements of measurement methods and efficiency is not high.
