摘要船闸系统是水利工程的重要组成部分,它的安全运行至关重要,假如发生故障就会对整个水利工程,乃至整个流域造成严重的危害;而且船闸系统较为复杂,产生故障之后找出故障源困难,维修不方便,因而建立船闸故障诊断系统对船闸进行故障诊断具有十分重要的意义。52354
液压传动与控制技术因具有功率体积比大、传动平稳、调速方便、易于实现自动控制及遥控等优点, 在水利水电设备上得到了很好的应用和推广,其中液压启闭机是水利水电工程中使用最广泛、数量最多的液压设备, 是所有类型的水利液压设备的代表。并且船闸的启闭机系统的正常运行则是船闸安全与畅通的运行的前提,因此船闸启闭机系统的安全可靠、故障率低、便于维修已成为各个船闸的客观需求。
本项目对船闸启闭机进行研究,通过对数据与故障现象的相关性分析,及时发现设备的故障趋势和安全隐患,增强船闸预警预控手段,避免重大事故的发生。

Abstract

The project studied hoist lock , through the phenomenon of data and fault correlation analysis, to detect equipment failure trends and security risks, enhancing early warning pre-control lock means to prevent major accidents.
