摘要螺钉类工件铣槽是属于铣微型槽,一些专铣键槽,阶梯槽的大型铣床无法对其加工,也不适用于一般的铣槽装置,需要一台专用机床来实现。本课题便是设计一种连续的螺钉工件端头铣槽的专用机床,要求可以实现半自动的连续铣槽,且工件可以凭借自重的从夹持工件上掉落,以提高工作效率。在这几个月的学习中,我掌握了一些机床以及专用机床设计的基础知识,在众多方案的比较中,我认为将此专用机床设计成主轴箱的模式最符合要求,采用两对齿轮与两对蜗杆蜗轮的多级降速模式来实现铣刀与夹持工件转鼓的速度调节,以达到最终的要求,并将主要的零件都放置于箱体之中,增加零件以及机床的使用寿命。经过几个月的努力,这是我大学以来第一次独立完成的课题,因此我充满了自豪,而工作成果我打算通过手工绘图的方式来展现。这既体现出理工科学生的基本功,更是一个巩固学习的机会。56085

Abstract Screw workpieces milling belongs to micro groove milling, some special keyway milling, large milling stepped groove unable to processing, not suitable for milling groove device in general, need a special machine to achieve. This topic is the special machine design a continuous screw workpiece end milling groove, requirements and can realize continuous milling semi-automatic, and the workpiece can be by virtue of the clamping workpiece weight from falling off, so as to improve the work efficiency. In this months study, I master some basic knowledge of machine and the special machine design, in the comparison of many schemes, I think this special machine design into the headstock mode to meet the requirements, using multi-level velocity mode two pairs of gears and two pairs of worm and worm wheel to realize cutter and clamp hold workpiece drum speed regulation, to achieve the ultimate requirements, and the main parts are placed in the box body, and increase the service life of the machine tool parts. After several months of efforts, this is my university since the first complete independence of subject, so I was filled with pride, and I intend to show work by manual drawing style. This not only reflects the basic skills for students in science and engineering, it is a consolidation of learning opportunities.
