摘要:本设计详细介绍了立式空调遥控器上盖注塑模具的设计。通过UG软件的三维建模功能,对零件进行三维建模,分析零件的工艺性,拟定方案,对各方案进行论证与分析,确定最优设计方案。通过对塑件和所选材料进行分析,确定分型面,选定注射机,并设计浇注系统和计算成型零部件的尺寸。由于塑件左右有凹槽,采用斜滑块侧抽芯机构,根据计算的脱模力确定采用推杆机构脱模、冷却系统和排气系统的设计与计算。对模具结构和注塑机匹配校核,确保设计出的各种结构使模具工作时安全可靠。利用UG三维建模功能对模具各机构进行三维建模,并绘制模具装配图。57211

The forming process analysis and mould design for the remote control of the vertical air conditioner

Abstract: The design of the injection mould for the upper cover of the vertical air conditioner is introduced in detail in this paper. Through the three-dimensional modeling function of UG software, the parts are modeled, the process of the parts is analyzed, the plan is made, and the optimal design scheme is determined. Through the analysis of the plastic part and the selected material, determine the parting surface, select the injection machine, and design the pouring system and calculate the size of the molding parts. Because the plastic part has a groove, the side core pulling mechanism of the inclined sliding block is adopted, and the design and calculation of the ejection, cooling system and the exhaust system of the push rod mechanism are determined according to the calculation of the ejection force. The structure of the mold and injection molding machine matching check to ensure that the design of a variety of structures to make the work of the mold safe and reliable. Three dimensional modeling of each mechanism is carried out by using the 3D modeling function of UG, and drawing die assembly drawing.
