摘要:撑挡是高速印刷机的主要部件之一,它的主要作用是支撑印刷机的两个墙板,保证两墙板的竖直,从而保证安装在两墙板上的各个滚筒水平,所以撑挡两端面精度要求较高。另外有些类型的撑挡还需安装导轨,对于撑挡上要安装导轨的面,其精度要求也很高。57214
分析了撑挡的定位和夹紧形式,确定多种类型撑挡同线加工的工艺设计方案,采用卧式三面钻铰同时加工的机床配置形式即组合机床。根据工艺内容和生产节拍要求,选择合适的切削用量;设计并选用相应的刀具、接杆、主轴箱、动力箱、滑台等机床零部件,完成零件工序图、加工示意图和机床联系尺寸总图以及相关三维图的设计。
采用专用夹具对撑挡进行定位与夹紧,对夹具体不同功能的部件进行了具体分析,并且对夹具进行了相关的设计计算,绘制了夹具工程图,从而对其进行了三维建模。

The processing technology and equipment design of a series of automatic high-speed printing machine

Analyzing the positioning and clamping form stays, determining the various types to stays the same thread machining process, using horizontal drilling hinge on three sides, processing machine tool configuration form combination machine tools at the same time. According to the request of technology content and production rhythm, select the appropriate cutting parameter; design and choose the corresponding tools, arbor, spindle box, power box, sliding table, such as machine tool parts, complete machine parts process diagram, processing schematic drawing, designing the contact size of general layout and the three dimensional figure .
Using special fixture to positioning and clamping of stays, to gives a detailed analysis of the specific function of different parts ,fixture for the related design calculation, and draw the jig engineering drawing, thus for the 3 d modeling.
