摘要在对接触式翻转转换卷薄膜收卷机的功能及性能的分析基础上,同时参阅了大量的资料,制定了接触式翻转换卷薄膜收卷机的总体结构设计。利用交流变频减速机实现驱动辊的速度可调功能。利用电液比列液压系统实现收卷辊与驱动辊间的正压力恒定和薄膜的翻转换卷。驱动辊两端安装带座的调心球轴承用来消除轴承座孔的同轴度误差、安装误差或挠曲变形等影响驱动辊与收卷辊平行接触的因素。利用气缸锁紧气涨轴上的轴承外圈,使膜卷换卷方便。利用了作图法确定了各主要部件的位置,为机构尺寸计算和三文设计工作提供了设计依据和基础。最后用进行三文建模,并绘制二文工程图。 8099

Title Contact and convert film winder
Abstract
Through analysing the contact and conversion film winder,
s functions
and characteristics and sclaning large amounts of data,the contact and
convert film winder,
s overall structural design were formulated. Firstly,the
AC frequency reduction machine can make the roller speed adjustable.
Secondly,electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic system can make the
pressure between the winding roller and the drive roller constant and films
turn convert. Thirdly,both at ends of the drive roller, the aligning ball
bearings was installed to eliminate the housing bore concentricity error,
installation error ,flexural deformation, and other factors effects which
affect the parallel of drive roller and the winding roller.
Forthly,cylinder locking the shaft bearing outer ring to exchange the film
roll-changing easyly. Fifly, the location of the major components wered
made out by the mapping method,whcih provided the design basis and
foundation for institutional size calculation and 3D design work. Finally,
using Solidworks 3D modeling to draw two-dimensional drawings.
