摘要离合器是汽车传动系统中直接与发动机相连接的部件,是依靠主、从动部分间的摩擦来传递动力,保证传动系统换挡时工作平顺,防止系统过载,保证汽车平稳起步的机构。离合器盖总成是离合器的重要组成部分,主要由离合器盖及压盘和膜片弹簧等组成,通过它传递发动机的转矩,是离合器中结构形状比较复杂的承载构件。 本设计通过对AMT离合器的离合器盖总成设计,确定AMT 离合器中离合器盖总成的组成结构。研究离合器盖总成的主要零部件的结构与特性,并与机械强度校核结果进行比较,对整个总成进行机械设计与优化。主要包括对离合器盖的结构和尺寸进行选择,对压盘、膜片弹簧等零部件设计。最后利用CATIA 软件进行三维建模,并绘制离合器零件图。 59600

Title The design of AMT clutch cover used in passenger car Abstract The clutch is directly connected with the engine parts of automobile driving system. In this main, driven in part by friction between the transmission power. It ensure the transmission shi ft smooth and prevent the overload of the system, to ensure car body smooth start. Clutch cover assembly is an important part of the clutch, mainly by the clutch cover , the pressure plate , diaphragm spring and other components. The engine torque through it. The structure and shape are complex of load bearing member. Through the design of clutch cover, determine cover structure of AMT clutch. The main parts of the clutch cover based on a simple finite element analysis, Compared with the check result of mechanical strength, carry on mechanical optimization of the system. The system mainly included the choice of the structure , size of the pressure plate, clutch cover, diaphragm spring and other parts design. Finally, compose the 3D modeling with CATIA software and draw the clutch parts.
