摘要在自动机的寿命研究中,冲击疲劳是影响其寿命的重要因素。自动机在工作的过程中,会发生多次冲击碰撞,如击针、击锤、拉壳钩等这些重要工作部位经常会发生破损,而达不到全枪的寿命,对于这些零件,通常都会配备1~2个备件。但是对于这些构件应该何时更换却无法确定,因此,需要有一台试验装置来模拟自动机冲击疲劳过程,研究自动机的破坏规律,为确定自动机构件的寿命提供依据。本课题就是要设计出一台自动机冲击疲劳试验装置,要求其能够模拟自动机的冲击和碰撞过程,并且其冲击的速度和频率还需要可调。以此来确定各个构件的寿命。59841

Title The Design of Fatigue test for Automatic mechanisms
Abstract In the study of the fatigue life of automatic mechanisms, impact fatigue is an important factor. During the work process of automatic mechanisms, impact of the collision will occur repeatedly. Such as firing pin, hammer of the automatic mechanisms, etc. These important parts often damaged, and can not reach the life of the whole gun. For these parts, they are usually equipped with 1~2 spare parts. However, it can not be sure when these parts should be replaced. So it is necessary to develop a test device to simulate the impact fatigue process of automatic mechanisms, and to study the destruction of automatic mechanisms. So that it can provide the basis for determining the lifetime of the parts. The subject is to design an impact fatigue test device of automatic mechanisms, which is required to simulate the impact and collision process, also the speed and the frequency of the impact needs to be adjustable.
