自动武器试验中的夹具设计,既有一般组合夹具设计的普通性,又有对枪械零件装夹的特殊性,在设计过程中,本着“可靠装夹,兼顾通用”的思想,首先做到对零件的可靠装夹,再次考虑不同装夹中元件的通用性。
最后,经过两个多月的努力,夹具设计已经全部完成,本论文就是夹具的设计方案。

Abstract
Automatic weapons parts of the fatigue test in the research and development of the design of automatic weapon has the very vital significance. In automatic weapons parts fatigue test, not with a gun to shoot bullets. Because that would cause a lot of waste, the means we usually adopt is taking out a single part and simulating actual shooting firearms force of the parts on the mechanical test bench. Thus, parts on the experiment bench of reliable clamping are a crucial problem.
In this paper, I chose “the locking piece of Type 85 heavy machine gun”,“the nose of Type 56 submachine gun”,“the firing pain of Type 56 submachine gun”,“the barrel of M1911” as examples and designed a set of modular fixture. Then I studied the reliability of fixture and did the finite element analysis for some parts which standing the great pressure. To strive to jig is reliable in theory.
On the one hand, the fixture design in automatic weapons test is common as other fixture; on the other hand, there is some particularity in the clamping gun accessories. In this design, I abidance by a law which said “The clamping reliable is the most important, but also considering the versatility.” First of all, I did reliable clamping of parts, the considering the generality.
Finally, with the efforts of more than two months, Fixture design has been completed, This thesis is the jig design.
