摘要本设计中根据某摩托车控制盒的生产需要,在对摩托车控制手柄工艺性分析的基础上,首先完成零件的结构、尺寸、精度等分析设计,然后设计一副摩托车控制手柄注射成形模具,并完成模具加工工艺规程的制定。该模具可实现一模两腔生产,通过侧向分型抽芯机构实现垂直分模,采用推杆推出机构实现脱模过程。63245
所设计摩托车控制手柄模具要能满足模具工作状态的质量要求,使用时安全可靠,便于维修,在注塑成型时要有较短的成型周期,成型后有较长的使用寿命,具有合理的模具制造工艺性。成品塑料件能够满足使用要求,外形美观,为日常使用提供便利。
