摘要可加热恒温储罐作为工业上重要压力容器设备，多应用在冶金、化工、食品加工、生物发酵、医疗卫生等领域，其中恒温控制系统更是被广泛应用于加热炉、发酵罐、恒温供水系统、热水控制系统等。在最近几年，随着计算机控制技术的发展，恒温控制已在工业生产领域得到了更为广泛的应用，而且取得了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。这个设计首介绍了容器的基本知识，其中包括压力容器的分类和结构，封头的种类和选择，容器的零部件，加热装置设计等。然后以可加热恒温储罐的设计为例，讲述了内压薄壁圆筒和标准椭圆型封头的轻度设计及容器主要零部件的选用和恒温控制等。68693

Abstract The constant temperature tank as industrially important pressure vessel equipment, used in metallurgy and chemical industry, food processing, bio fermentation, health and other fields, the temperature control system is widely used in heating furnace, fermentation tank, water supply system, hot water temperature control system. With the development of computer control technology, constant temperature control has been widely used in the field of industrial production, and has made great economic and social benefits. This design first introduces the basic knowledge of the container, including the classification and structure of the pressure vessel, the type and selection of the head, the parts of the container, heating device design, etc..
