摘要我国目前混合机械发展迅速,种类多样。双轴卧式混合机作为如今混合机行业的领 先科技,其具有结构紧凑,密封性好,在进料口有挡灰板,防止水雾反串;搅拌均匀, 搅拌叶片呈扇形,搅拌时间与介质接触面积大等特点。作为一款高效的搅拌机,其性能 极其稳定,搅拌效果好,能连续生产,维修简便,并能适应于各种成份的搅拌,通用性 强。
本文在分析混合机混合原理,在研究现有混合机机械结构的基础上,通过计算设计 出一款符合要求的卧式双轴混合机,确定其优化结构,并对其关键部位性能进行有限元 分析。此款机器同时具有对流混合,剪切混合,扩散混合的混合效果,混合均匀度很大 程度上有所提高。 69384

Abstract
Mixing machinery currently develop rapidly in our country, and there are all kinds of them. Biaxial horizontal mixer, which has a compact structure, good sealing, the inlet has blocked gray boards, to prevent the mist playing; stir, stirring blades fan-shaped contact with the media area of the stirring time and other characteristics, is the industry leader in science and technology nowadays. As a highly efficient mixer, its performance is extremely stable, stirring effect, continuous production, easy maintenance, and can be adapted to the various components of the stirring, versatility.
This paper analyzes the mixer principle, on the basis of existing research on the mechanical structure of the mixer, by calculating design a line with a new horizontal mixer required to determine its structure optimization, finite element and its key parts of the performance analysis. This machine also has convective mixing, shear mixing, dispersive mixing mixing effect, mixing uniformity largely improved.
