摘要支撑结构是复杂结构件增材制造过程中经常采用的辅助结构,支撑结构的设计不仅 关系到零件成形过程的稳定性,而且影响到结构件成形过程中的应力分布,是抑制翘曲 变形、保证尺寸精度的关键措施。尤其是面向金属零件的增材制造过程中,支撑结构的 设计不仅需要满足强度高、散热性能良好、应力释放等基本原则,还应当尽可能的减少 材料的消耗,进一步降低零部件的加工成本。69418

本课题以晶格支撑结构的造型设计为研究目标,拟开展面向增材制造技术的变密度 晶格支撑结构造型算法研究。结合 MC 算法、多孔结构的隐式函数表示方法、晶格曲面 造型设计、加工试验验证等多个方面完成课题研究内容。突破三维模型晶格支撑结构设 计所需关键技术,通过开发几何造型算法构建符合零件结构特点的晶格支撑结构类型, 为大尺寸金属零件的支撑结构设计提供一项参考解决方案。

Title Research on modeling method of 3D model variable density lattice support structure for increasing material manufacturing

Abstract Support structure is frequently used in the process of complex structure by increasing material manufacturing auxiliary structure, the design of the support structure not only relates to the stability in the parts of forming process, and also affecting the stress distribution in the structure forming process,which is the key to the inhibition of buckling deformation, ensure dimensional the accuracy of measures.Especially in the increasing material manufacturing process of metal parts, the design of the support structure not only need to meet the basic demands of high strength, good heat dissipation performance and stress releasing,and as far as possible to reduce the consumption of materials, which can reduce the processing cost of spare parts.

This subject take the design of lattice support structure as the research target, and carry out the research of increase material manufacturing technology by variable density lattice bracing structure modeling algorithms.In combination with MC algorithm,the structure of the porous implicit function representation,the design of lattice surface modelling, processing test to complete the research content.Breaking through the three-dimensional model lattice key technologies needed for support structure design,by developing the geometric modeling algorithm to build the suit type of lattice support structure in accordance with parts structure characteristics,providing a reference solution for the large size of metal parts support structure design.
