摘要本次电缆分配盒体注塑模具设计采用传统设计和软件设计相结合的方法，依 照塑件的实际情况选出合适的浇口位置、分型面和推出方式。同时，在设计过程 中，通过查阅大量文件资料可以使我对浇注系统、导向部分、侧向分型与抽芯机 构、脱模机构、温度调节系统等有了系统的认识，拓展了视野。依据塑件结构， 设计的难点在于侧向抽芯和螺纹成型部分。73902

塑件为盒体结构，塑件脱模时可能会由于推出机构设计和分型面选择的不 合理，导致塑件损坏，影响塑件的质量，带来不必要的损失。本次设计时应注意 推出机构和分型面选择的设计，保证塑件的质量。本次电缆分配盒体注塑模具的 设计具有重要的意义。

Design of injection mold for cable distribution box

Abstract The cable distribution box injection mold design with combination of traditional design and the software design method, according to the actual situation of plastic parts of the selected suitable gate location and parting surface and launch mode。 At the same time, in the design process, through access to a large number of documents can make me on the gating system, guide, side parting and core pulling mechanism, demoulding mechanism, temperature control system with the understanding of the system and expanding horizons。 According to the structure of plastic and  the difficulty of design is of side core pulling and thread forming part。

Plastic parts for structure of the box body, the plastic parts ejection may due to the out of body design and type selection of unreasonable, resulting in plastic parts damage, the impact of plastic parts quality, lead to unnecessary losses。 The design should pay attention to introduction agencies and the type selection design, ensure the plastic parts quality。 The cable distribution box injection mold design has important significance。
