摘要冲锻复合塑性成型工艺是由冲压成形与锻造成形相结合的一种新塑性工艺。根据不同需要,使冲压与锻造不同工工序进行结合,从而更方便快捷的生产所需复杂零件。本文针对两种不同零件的成形进行DEFORM有限元模拟。83533
对带凸柱的零件成形模拟,探讨变量坯料厚度、形状,凸柱位置、直径、根部圆角半径,摩擦系数、不同材料对凸柱成形的影响。分析结果表明:坯料越厚,凸柱越容易成形。形状为圆形时容易成形凸柱。直径越大凸柱越容易成形。凸柱成形侧摩擦系数大,凸柱背侧摩擦系数小,越容易成形凸柱。塑性越好的材料越容易成形凸柱。凸柱在坯料边缘处且成轴对称时容易成形。而根部圆角半径越大,越容易成形凸柱。对非均匀壁厚零件的模拟分析表明,零件可以由单步冲锻成形,且方案一的成形效果优于方案二。

Abstract Stamping and forging composite plastic forming process is a new plastic technology, which is combined with the stamping process and the forging process。 According to different needs, so that the stamping and forging process for a combination of different processes, so that more convenient and efficient production of complex parts 。 In this paper, the finite element simulation of DEFORM is carried out for two different parts。
The shape of variable blank thickness, shape, position, diameter, radius of root fillet, friction coefficient and different materials are discussed。 The results show that the thicker the billet, the more easily the convex column is formed。 When the shape is round, it is easy to form a convex column。 The larger the diameter, the more easily the convex column is formed。 The side friction coefficient is large, the friction coefficient of the back side of the convex column is small, and the more easily the forming convex column is formed。 The easier the plastic is, the easier it is to form a convex column。 The convex column is easy to be formed at the edge of the blank and in the form of axial symmetry。 The root fillet radius the larger lug, the lug is easy to shape。 The simulation analysis of non-uniform wall thickness parts shows that the parts can be formed by single step, and the forming effect of the scheme is better than that of the scheme two。
