摘 要该毕业设计是摩托车把手模具设计。摩托车是使用非常广泛的交通工具之一, 摩托车把手更是其不可缺少的一部分。模具产业应用十分广泛,在当今工业生产 中占有很大比重。模具设计过程中,对摩托车的把手进行工艺性分析,测量它的 尺寸,了解其技术要求,画出车把手的尺寸图;然后了解车把手的选材,了解其 材料的特点。对模具的结构方案进行设计,包括分型面、型腔、注射机等的确定, 然后设计浇注系统及推出机构,包括流道、浇口等。在课堂中已经学习了模具的 组成部分,根据手册、资料对车把手模具进行设计。73978
本套毕业设计运用到了 CAD 二维制图,UG 三维建模,模具工艺及塑料成 型工艺等一系列的专业知识,对车把手进行模具设计。
