摘要为了解决现在部分引信安全性、可靠性差及无自毁等问题,在调研国外相关成果的基础上,设计了本课题的中大口径炮弹小口螺弹头机械触发引信。为了提高引信安全性,设计了隔爆、冗余保险、自毁机构。设计的三个击针保证了发火机构可靠性和自毁功能的实现。76820
为了给中大口径炮弹机械触发引信设计提供指导,分析了国外典型机械触发引信,并进行了归纳总结,而对引信各部分进行了设计,引信的隔爆机构采用球转子,保险机构是后坐保险和离心保险。引信的瞬发和延期功能通过调节栓来实现。同时对引信各部零件以及弹簧进行了计算与强度校核等,通过计算校核了引信的可靠性,包括勤务处理可靠性和发射时可靠性以及作用可靠性。通过尺寸链计算,保证了引信各个零部件可以合理可靠装配。引信的安全性符合GJB373A-1997《引信安全性设计准则》和GJB 573A-1998《引信环境与性能试验方法》的相关要求。

Title Systems analysis and design for warheads mechanical trigger small mouth screw fuze of medium and large caliber artillery
Abstract In order to solve now part of the fuze safety, reliability, and the problem of no self-destruct,in the research abroad on the basis of the related results,warheads mechanical trigger small mouth screw fuze of medium and large caliber artilleryt is designed。In order to improve the safety of the fuze,the flame-proof, redundancy insurance, self-destruct mechanism are designed。Design three strikes needle ensures the realization of the function of ignition reliability and self-destruction。
For large caliber artillery mechanical trigger fuze design provides guidance, analyzes the foreign typical mechanical trigger fuze, and has carried on the induction summary, and the design of fuze parts。Flame-proof mechanism of the fuze adopt ball rotor。Insurance mechanism adopt recoil insurance and centrifugal insurance。Instant and delayed ignition function of the fuze achieved by adjusting the bolt。And checked by calculating the reliability of parts and spring of the fuze,icluding service process reliability and reliability as well as the role of reliability when launching。Dimensional chain calculation, to ensure that the various components of fuze can be reasonably reliable assembly。Fuze security compliance GJB373A-1997"Fuze safety design criteria" and GJB 573A-1998"Environmental and fuze performance test method" requirements。
