Title   The design of electric passenger car axle   

Abstract As the oil crisis ,the world's industrial began to know the importance of electric cars。 electric car’s research ,development and manufacture once again become the popular research 。In recent years, due to the increasingly serious phenomenon of energy shortage and environmental pollution, the world has caused a new round of the electric car research and development boom, Europe, the United States, Japan and other world famous large automobile manufacturers invest a lot of resources to research for developing and manufacturing a new generation of electric cars。 Drive axle bridge is at the end of the car drive, it is consists of the main reducer, differential device and some transmission device, it need to take the car slow down and add the twisting。When using large motor output torque in order to meet the needs of the overloaded bus rapidly and efficiently that must match a high efficient and reliable drive axle, this design according to the given parameters, the traditional design method and reference the same type car, to determine the main reducer, differential and half shaft, and the structure of bridge types。 Finally, carries on the parameter design and give these components strength and life check。 Drive axle basic guarantee reasonable structure in design process。 satisfied with the actual application, the assembly and parts can satisfy the standardization。 It also need the convenience of repair and maintenance, good mechanical technology and being easy to manufacture。
