摘要本文重点研究的是系船设备的设计，对象是 4000DWT 沿海货船，货船类型是集 装箱货船。其长度为 96。235m，宽度为 14。6m，属于小型沿海货船。对本船的系船设 备的设计本文分两大部分，第一部分是锚泊设备的设计与布置，第二部分是系泊设 备的设计与布置，锚泊设备的设计相对第二部分更为重要一些，也是本文的重点研 究对象。其中两部分的设计都涉及到舾装数的计算，因此对于系船设备的设计第一 步便是舾装数 N 的计算，计算结果为 598。092。随后根据舾装数选取锚和锚链，本船 的选配是 1740KG 的斯贝克锚及直径为 42mm 的 AM1 级有档电焊锚链。所配备的锚 链筒的长度为 2300mm，选用圆形锚链舱，其设计后的高度为 5。939m。其后的锚机、 掣链器、弃链器等的相关选配根据下文详细论述。系泊设备的设计根据舾装数 N 选 取直径为 40mm 的化学纤维缆丙纶缆，其后相关设备如绞缆机，带缆桩，导缆器的 相关设备的选配见下文详细论述。最后进行的是锚泊设备和系泊设备的相关检验与 实验，对其安全性合理性及可靠性的相关检验。78313
